Five Maryland companies participated in the September TechBridge Showcase, presenting their technologies to CIC Partners seeking new, innovative solutions to their homeland and national security needs. Products presented include a server based IT system authorized to process, store, and transmit sensitive government data; a mobile, machine-based language translation system; software that allows rapid, push-button transfer of complex data over the Web; cutting edge products for maritime domain awareness, border security, and satellite based search and rescue; and a real-time, asset visibility solution that includes asset tracking, inventory management, work-in-process, and sensor data capture.

Five exciting technology companies participated in the July TechBridge Program, presenting their innovations to CIC partners seeking homeland security technologies. Products presented include a secure virtual desktop that costs less than a PC, a network multi service transport gateway, a cloud computing platform addressing the challenges of building, deploying, and managing applications and services in public and private cloud environments, an ocular scanning device that quickly determines if an individual has been exposed to chemical weapons, and digital communication engineering components used in wireless systems.

Products presented include a power storage technology that reduces reliance on electric grid, light, and heavy fuel generators; service-oriented architecture solutions to data integration and data fusion, collections management processes, multi-int fusion, legacy systems modernization and SOA enablement,; data visualization platform that turns large amounts of data into actionable intelligence; a liquid-cooled cooling solution for Data Centers; a real-time virtual, physical and contextual view of the global Internet
